as a UK based company, we try to stick to shipping to the mainland UK. If you are outside of the UK, we can make special arrangements to ship items to you, but it is likely to be significantly above the advertised price.

typically prices shown on the website include shipping to mainland UK, unless indicated

we typically produce one off custom pieces for people and therefore we are unable to accept returns.

some of our smaller items such as mallets may be returned if unused

items are packaged properly and insured, and the best care is taken to make sure they arrive to you safely.

if they don’t arrive in a fit state, take picture or video as soon as the item is opened and we will try our best to fix, replace or refund you as soon as possible.

most of our pieces are custom orders.

if you like the look of some of our ‘batched’ items like cutting boards or mallets, and want to add a little flair such as a particular finish, engraving or detail, then please drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do!

to make our business model work, design and build is the main aim. if you have a particular design need, or wish to speak with us about design only services, drop us a line and we can have a chat about it. no promises though!
